About Us
Ultiqa Fiji Palms is a timeshare resort on the Fijian Island of Viti Levu.
The resort has two timeshare models operating, a traditional ‘weeks’ timeshare model where people from around the world purchase and own weeks directly in the resort, and the ULTIQA Lifestyle points model, where points owners can exchange accommodation in a selection of resorts around the world.
Accommodation is also available through various hotel booking engines. RCI and 7 Across timeshare exchanges are both supported.
The resort has a direct beach frontage in the ‘Adventure Capital of Fiji’, Pacific Harbour. Most points of interest, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance or a short taxi ride away.
We stayed at Fiji Palms for 2 weeks in June. Loved every minute! The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always with a smile. The apartment had everything we needed, had a lovely view over the pool and restaurant area. The grounds were emaculate. The beach is right there and lovely and warm. The pool was kept clean and very refreshing. Very easy to chat with other guests and we made some new friends to keep in contact with. We are keen to come back.

Accommodation and Facilities.
Accommodation consists of two bedroom, air conditioned apartments with kitchen and private laundry
facilities. Many units have ensuite bathrooms as well as the main bathroom.
Apartments are in 2 and 3 story complexes. Apartments are serviced once a week (There are no lifts.)
The resort has a bar and restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and barista made coffee and treats.
There is also a recreation area, as part of the bar and restaurant complex, centrally located for all guests.
Pacific Harbour also has a variety of other dining options all within walking distance.

Traditional Fijian Massage is available in the resorts Massage Bure seven days per week.
There is a pool, extensive deck area and two hot tubs.
The resort has direct access to a safe, reef protected, sandy beach. Being inside a reef, there are no
waves.
Whilst there is no kids club, babysitting or nanny services are available and can be booked through
reception. Fijians love children, you will find staff quickly know your children by name and give them lots
of attention.
Free hi speed wireless internet is available in the bar and recreation area. Guests requiting internet in
their units can rent a wifi device from reception. Alternatively, Digicel and Vodafone both have good
coverage and have stores at the airport.
A traditional Fijian Lovo and Fijian dance night is scheduled each week, subject to meeting a minimum
number.
Beautiful luxurious apartments in the center of Pacific Harbour! Very clean, spacious & modern. Full kitchen, fitted with everything you will need. Clothing washer and dryer inside. Beautiful balcony (or terrace). Communal BBQ area, pool, and beach. The restaurant/bar is absolutely excellent! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, diveshops, and shops. Excellent value for the money!

Here now and loving our stay at Ultiqa@fijipalms. In house restaurant is great with reasonable prices. Staff are all lovely and so friendly and super helpful.. Bula! Lots of dining choices nearby, plus a well stocked supermarket. Recommend The Establishment beer garden across the road.
Super friendly resort and room. I believe all rooms comes in 2 bedroom with a ensuite in the master bedroom making it super family friendly, It has everything for a longer stay including stove and a washing machine & dryer. The resort also has newsletters and a welcome gathering on Sunday for the guests to introduce themselves which made it super personal. The staff are as always super friendly and helpful with any questions. The resort leads down to the beach that is shared with The Pearl next door.
Love Everything the hotel offer. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable it comes with everything that you need. Friendly staff. Great views. Kids friendly pool that combines well with adults section. . Nice and relaxed environment.
Peaceful calm resort with caring and friendly staff who quickly treat you like family. Delicious reasonably priced meals for breakfast and dinner. No request seems too difficult for them to make our stay easy and relaxing. Lots of great experiences available arranged by the resort although some are quite pricey but never crowded. The tubing trip was one of the most interesting I’ve been on but felt quite special and authentic with a trip to a remote village and great attention to safety and personal treatment. Snorkelling was also well organised fun and flexible and the zipluning turned out to be just 2 of us and 2 guides, like a private tour. Great massage too. Thanks again to all at the resort especially Kim, Ana and Freddie and all our drivers, who were so helpful and kind.
We had a wonderful experience at this lovely, charming and welcoming resort on the quiet side of Viti Levu. Cece, Freddie and all the staff were genuinely warm and nice. The beach is long and beautiful and the sea is warm, perfect to walk along to find lunch nearby after a morning dip. The resort is a perfect size for a week of relaxing and excursions. Loved it!!
